In an effort to shift consumer thinking around the implementation and use of their insurance coverage for single items, trōv introduced a new digital platform (website and app) that provided an ability to atomize their insurance coverage. To communicate this proposition, trōv introduced the idea of brand ambassadors to better convey the use and ease, through the lens set of the “Untethered” who were movers, makers and doers in their respective fields of expertise.
